They're sitting the in the Qmail queue or the Outlook outbox?
The error you've posted above is a message generated by Postfix. It
looks like the place you're trying to send a message to is denying your
message because you have no reverse DNS set up for your mail server.
This would have nothing to do with qmailtoaster and actually would show
that your qmailtoaster is functioning correctly. It got the message from
your Outlook client and is attempting to send it to gnvfc.net, but
they're denying the message since you do not have rDNS.
