Dear Jakes i also have checked it but both the server are managed by myself
and i have reverse DNS for both the servers.
u can check urself my mailserver for RDNS. 210.212.133.110 points to
mail.gnfc.in and 203.77.193.20 points at mail.gnvfc.net
mail.gnfc.in has only TrendMicro IMSS installed on it and not a qmailtoaster
installation its a custom installation done by someone else before i joined
this company.
mail.gnvfc.net is complete installed by myself and is a qmailtoaster
installation.
the transcript i sent u in last mail says that an email was sent by
mail.gnfc.in to a user on mail.gnvfc.net.
mail.gnfc.in is sending it to mail.gnvfc.net but is denied/refused and the
mail kept laying in the queue of mail.gnfc.in.
hence mail.gnvfc.net (qmailtoaster) is refusing the clients ip address in
the mail header and not the ip address of the mail server mail.gnfc.in.
which is not included in the transcript i have sent u earlier.
Regards,
Anil Aliyan

my laptop with datacard but mail are not getting delivered. They keep
laying in the queue and after 4 hours recieved them with following

They're sitting the in the Qmail queue or the Outlook outbox?
The error you've posted above is a message generated by Postfix. It looks
like the place you're trying to send a message to is denying your message
because you have no reverse DNS set up for your mail server. This would
have nothing to do with qmailtoaster and actually would show that your
qmailtoaster is functioning correctly. It got the message from your
Outlook client and is attempting to send it to gnvfc.net, but they're
denying the message since you do not have rDNS.
