Hello, Siarhei Barysiuk and I are almost done with QxTransformer (you can have a glimpse at http://qxtransformer.sourceforge.net ) and will soon release an initial release. It will be a pure XSLT implementation with a PHP and a Java backend. The initial release will only support version 0.5, but support of 0.6 is built in and only a question of adaption of the templates. Syntax will be based on the 0.5 QxBuilder:
<qx:atom location="100,100" dimension="100,200" icon="foo.jpg" label="bar"/> etc. with a few add-ons for complete application design and event management. Give us a few more days...
