Hello! I think Christian is right. We can track changes easer because we have separate repository.
Do you need mix javascript code with XSLT, PHP, Java and may be other realizations of QxTransformer? I think no! In additional QxTransformer is server-side tool but qooxdoo is pure client-side. And integration should be as Qooxdoo+QxTransformer but not QxTransformer included into Qooxdoo (it isn't logical because qooxdoo and transformer are used by developer at different layers). As I see integration: - full support of qooxdoo - docs on qooxdoo.org - demos - community collaboration But it is not necessarily to have one SVN repository. As I said earlier QxTransformer is a part of Qooxdoo.
