Please let me know how big a .zipped Knoppix .iso file would be; I get
250GB of bandwidth a month with cross-tables.com, so I can host the
Knoppix .iso file if the bandwidth isn't going to kill me. (1TB of
bandwidth is still only about $15, so it's not going to be a huge deal
in any case).
I was going to follow the detailed instructions for building the
program on Windows (thanks, Anand!), but I think John Fultz already
took the arrows on that one. I unfortunately don't have any ready
answers to solve the problems he outlined.
