Title: Re: [QUAD-L] Cold
I guess I’m a cold quad it seems like I’m always cold. But I can’t do heat good either. I had heat stroke a few times, its easier 4 me 2 warm up than 2 cool down. In the summer I have 2 be real careful drink fluids, keep a wet washcloth near, spray bottle, ice or cold pax. And it’ll hit me fast and hard I’m fine 1 minute than just fall over drained of all energy. I was coming across the parking lot last summer than just couldn’t push anymore, couldn’t even situp in my chair. Had 2 get someone 2 push me home call my agency, pack ice bags on neck, groin area it’s funny what you’ll ask a stranger 2 do in dire emergencies. I’d love 2 move down south in the future, I can deal with the cold but can’t stand the snow anymore, I can dress warm but getting around in snow is DAMN near impossible at times :(

It seems every year is worse for me.  I'm sitting here in my 70° house with a thermal T-shirt covered by a sweater and a small blanket in my lap.  I still feel cold.  I can't eat or drink anything cold without cooling my body down so much that I get the shivers.  I cannot wait for spring.
