But one doesn't need to advertise their disability first over their capabilities. Many people/businesses still see trouble coming by hiring a disabled employee. DON'T LET THEM MAKE "THEIR" PROBLEM of prejudice or "they'll cost me money with adaptive environment" attitude. Yeah... those are write-offs and we may fill a minority quota but businesses may be leery.
