The voice software is in the phone not the service provider so it doesn't matter who you use.
This phone came out last year and I had to order it because they didn't have it in stock.
I didn't even know it had voice software until I started messing around with all the programs.
 
This is how it works.
  1. Say call or what ever word you programmed to start.
  2. You get a beep and say it again.
  3. Then it ask for a name.
  4. Say a name in your phone book.
  5. Then it calls the number.
It's pretty simple.
No buttons.

Hi Mark,
You don't have to push Star and a number to voice dial.  What service do you use?  I did not see that phone when I went to look at phones at the different places.
