Hi Bill,
I don't see this as blaming the war in Iraq for cuts in Programs. I do see
it as the U.S. can only cut the pie into so many pieces to find ways to fund
Programs. When my Grand-kids grow-up, I don't want them paying for my care
now, just because the Government has had to keep borrowing to get enough pieces
of pie to go around now!
