Lori, All doctors are not the same and it is a shame that the majority end up being criticized because of the few. My sister is an orthopedic surgeon, and she really enjoys her job and helping people, she gets so frustrated dealing with the insurance companies, while trying to provide her patience with the care needed for their recovery. She is so frustrated, that she's even thinking of getting out of the medicine field. She assures me that the anguish caused by the insurance companies aren't only felt by the patience, but by the doctors also. Sometimes I feel sorry for my sister, because I know how hard she tried throughout medical school, thinking that she was going to provide excellent healthcare, only to be chopped off at the knees by the insurance companies Naomi C-4 quad, incomplete since July 2, 2005 Transverse Myelitis
