my best vacations were ones where all I needed was a bed and a jon at the
other end. I always travel with ABs because to do otherwise is kind of
masochistic. I don't count on shower access as that is very specific to us
all and
very few places are set up usable to me - and I am a pretty active quad.
Adding a power chair to the mix complicates things a lot I think. be sure to
think of everything you will need and don't count on others to be 'ready' for
you unless they really know your needs.

Thank you so much. That at least gives me some idea. I bet renting a
wheelchair accessible is astronomical by the necessity for most people without
a
strong man like you have. I have never checked out the cost.

In my dreams maybe someday I will get to go on a vacation. Where's the best
place you have ever been on vacation since your disability. That would be a
great question for the group. I have always thought I wanted to go to a
island resort. I don't know where ?.
