The pounding headache as a result of your blood pressure skyrocketing.  This
could be very dangerous as well as life-threatening.  Fragile is correct you
should go over to the Care Cure forum and get the information there.  They
also have a link to a printout regarding autonomic dysreflexia that you can
share with your doctor's.

It sounds like a vagal response caused by the dysreflexia. Now- what is
causing the dysreflexia? It sounds like it could be the bowel and or
bladder, they can actually fight each other, if they are both full (from
personal experience) they tend to fight each other for the right of way....
so to speak. Have your blood pressure taken when this happens; if you have a
high or super low blood pressure, it just may be a vagal response.
