The pounding headache as a result of your blood pressure skyrocketing. This could be very dangerous as well as life-threatening. It sounds like it could be the bowel and or bladder, they can actually fight each other, if they are both full (from personal experience) they tend to fight each other for the right of way.... so to speak.
