I always keep nifedipine with me just in case my bp gets too high.  It will
drop your bp fairly fast (a minute or two).

Also, I use zylocaine jelly before and during my bowel program and cath
changes to numb the areas. therefore, less a.d..

When a need to cathe or im doing digital stimulation I get mild dysreflexia
which Ive gotten used to.........lately the symtoms are worse Ill get a
pounding in my head to a point where im scared. Do any of you guys have
emergency pills for this? Im investigating the cause......possible
uti.......dont think its from syrinx..........or just a fluke.
