I go to a electrical warehouse to get toggle switches and most of the time I can find the same model of the original but of course a crap load cheaper than our DME or wheelchair manufacturer. On my old quickie p320 I had a LaBac recliner and the switch had to be replaced several times at a cost of $175 or $10 at my place so it's a no brainer to me.

Rarely will those after market switches work as designed. Those toggle switches may all look the same on the handle, but you have to consider what is inside the body that counts.
