I can definitely understand where you're coming from.  I had never thought
about putting a fan behind the heater.  That sounds intriguing.

I also turned my heat down to about 68° during evening hours and thankfully
I don't have to worry about heat during the day because the sun warms up my
house to about 72°.  Although now I have to take off the solar screens I had
put up this summer in order to get that radiating heat.
