Hi,

I am very skeptic about meds. Thank God, Dr. didn't prescribe me any meds as
well. I am having apples, grapes, bananas, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes,
onions, garlic, ginger, celery and cholesterol free oil. Ooo.. in the
morning I'm taking "Quaker Oats" with skimmed milk. Rejecting red meat and
taking only chicken and fish.
