Lean forward on your bed while supervised. Keep reaching for your feet. Concentrate on breathing. Always have supervision as this can be too much for many of our respiratory systems. Each day, reach farther and longer. This can also improve digestion. After a few months you can put your hands between your feet. Your belly will be significantly smaller but please use SUPERVISION! If AD begins then stop and dont lean so far. Your body needs to get used to this. Just let gravity do the work.
