Lean forward on your bed while supervised. Keep reaching for your feet. 
Concentrate on breathing. Always have supervision as this can be too much for 
many of our respiratory systems. Each day, reach farther and longer. This can 
also improve digestion. After a few months you can put your hands between your 
feet. Your belly will be significantly smaller but please use SUPERVISION!
If AD begins then stop and dont lean so far. Your body needs to get used to 
this. Just let gravity do the work.

One of my aides suggested many years ago that I try a bodysuit to help control 
my quad gut and helped me sit up straighter.  It works, but it is the bane of 
every one of my aides.  After seeing made without one and how difficult it is 
for me to sit up nice and straight they have all agreed it is worth the 5 
minutes of torture-for them and for me.  
do you leave it on all day? they have so many on the market now. is it hard to 
put on?
