Mine has been growing lately also, but I think mine is more a matter of a little bit too much carbohydrates and the fact that I let my abdominal binders get a little too loose and now my organs have began protruding more.
Do any of you guys wear abdominal binders? They helped me keep my quad belly at bay for at least the first nine or 10 years. Since then it's been a little bit more of a battle.
