That is what I was told to do by several therapists, so I thought I would pass 
on the advice since someone asked. I'm sure glad I didn't waste my time if it 
doesn't really work.

That would be good advice for many, but I cannot reach for anything.  However, 
I am extremely flexible and I regularly-5-6 times daily lean forward and I can 
lay my head between my knees.  It’s a tremendous way to stretch my back, and 
while I’m in the wheelchair I do pressure relief by dropping my hands down to 
my feet and leaning forward on my legs.  Of course, I can only do these things 
if I have somebody to help me do them because we have to take all the straps 
off.
One advantage of the body suit is that we have cut slits for all of my shirts 
and sweaters and I can use my chest strap underneath my shirt with out if 
rubbing on my skin, so no one knows I have the chest strap on.  Vanity, thy 
name is Joan-LOL.
