Maybe it does work-I really don’t have very large quad gut and I have been doing the stretching ever since I became a quad. So maybe it is worthwhile. Joan

I'm sure glad I didn't waste my time if it doesn't really work. However, I am extremely flexible and I regularly-5-6 times daily lean forward and I can lay my head between my knees. It’s a tremendous way to stretch my back, and while I’m in the wheelchair I do pressure relief by dropping my hands down to my feet and leaning forward on my legs. Of course, I can only do these things if I have somebody to help me do them because we have to take all the straps off. One advantage of the body suit is that we have cut slits for all of my shirts and sweaters and I can use my chest strap underneath my shirt with out if rubbing on my skin, so no one knows I have the chest strap on.
