Reduce serving sizes!

After 21 years being in a chair, I'm about 10 pounds over optimal. You have
to reduce the caloric intake to an appropriate level based on activity.
Most days I sit at a computer working, my meals consist of a small bowl of
grain based cereal w/ soy milk @ 7:30a, Sandwich & Salad for lunch @ Noon,
small servings of whatever wife make for dinner. Weekends I eat whatever I
want.

Key is serving size!
