[QUAD-L] Having more and more spasms

Recently I have been having more leg spasms than normal.So much where i have to 
tie my legs down at night and I cant sleep they keep me awake.
I take 10 mg of baclofen 4 times a day so my Doc uped it to 5 times a day. This 
is the3rd day and they are still jumping.
I know my urologist sain my urine is clean, no infections.
If my spasms persit, what can I do?
Please help.
