Do you all do physical therapy? I find that helps my spasms, although I
don'treally want to turn off my spasms because they help me while I'm doing
certainexercises, especially when standing, but I notice that when I do a lot
of range of motion/stretching, torso rotations, etc, that really turns off my
spasms, I don't take any medication at all for them. Massage and breathing
exercise can help too, sometimes our muscles spasm because of lack of oxygen.
Good luck!

I used to take baclofen, but over time it stopped reducing the spasms. I
switched to Valium, and it's knocked out the spasms.
