Hi David,

You may wish to check your urine again for infection, which you seem to
already know that increased spasms can be a symptom of UTI.

You would certainly want to consult with a physician first, but you could
consider increasing your Baclofen dosage as high as 30 mg four times daily
(the maximum recommended dosage), though you would want to do so gradually,
stopping when the spasms become controllable again. There are also other
medications such as Dantrium (or Dantrolene, the generic equivalent) that
may help curb your spasms.

Best of luck to you...

Subject: [QUAD-L] Having more and more spasms

Recently I have been having more leg spasms than normal. So much where i have
to tie my legs down at night and I cant sleep they keep me awake.

I take 10 mg of baclofen 4 times a day so my Doc uped it to 5 times a day.
This is the3rd day and they are still jumping.

I know my urologist sain my urine is clean, no infections.

If my spasms persit, what can I do?
