I try to do some stretching or exercise a few days a week. Just today I used my 
hand pedal machine for a bit while out in the sun. I also put some wrist 
weights on just to wear for a few hours now and then.
My big problem is stretching. Whenever I stretch my hands and fingers, my 
forearms will burn freezing cold. The tingling gets so bad no matter how warm I 
get, my forearms feel freezing. I make sure I don't do it too hard, but my 
fingers are getting tighter because I don't like the feeling after stretching.
