My suprapubic has been in for 26 years. There was a time I was getting a sand 
like sediment in the tube forcing a change. I switched to filtered water And 
the problem got solved. I normally drink and a ton of water at night so the 
night bag is practically full when I wake in the morning.

Like you, I am prone to AD any time the tube messed with, and I take Ditropan 
for bladder spasms.

This subject comes up often on the list. If you have saved a year’s worth of 
Quad list entries you might find extra help.
