I would recommend talking to your urologists and possibly looking at the likelihood you might have developed stones. In the past the increased sediment for my SP was almost always due to bladder stones. However, it also might be what you're drinking. If for instance you are drinking things that have a high acidity, it might be causing your urine to become more deluded. For instance I have had this problem with lemonade in the past.
