Do you have a physical rehabilitation doctor?? They usually know what to say when you have a problem like this. If maybe they will send you to a pulmonologist, who should have a answer for you! Many years ago when I went to one he gave me a breathing apparatus where I have to suck on a tube and hold air for a few seconds so bro times a day.
