I have a utility called FastPlayer for my 840 which does the job, the QT
movie player seems to have too much overhead, yoiu ought to try QT 4.0.2
that player is soooo slloooowww on a 68k ;).

Do you think it'd be OK recording to a UWSCSI hard disk via a
JackHammer? I am lining up a 9GB 10,000 rpm drive for mine specifically
for video recording but want to know if it'll be up to the job.
