Ahhahahaha yes, how silly of me to forget. The IIci doesn't reset on Ctrl-Cmd Pwr either, non of the Mac II machines that have programmers switches (and probably the Q700 too) do AFAIK. I have to insert something in the lower (or left-hand, depending on the attitude of the IIci) programmers switch slot (I don't have the switches on mine - lord knows why) to reset the machine. I also find it's not 100% reliable on my SE/30s either and my programmers switch block has to be deppolyed...
