Oh, just as practical points:

- Google routinely puts any email from Cumulus to the list into the Spam
  folder. I gather that happens for others too. You may want to start
  posting from another email address, if people are to see your email.

- Using other tools to help and augment is good. However, where some
  tool is hosted on services/networks blocked in a number of countries
  (inc. one I visit for weeks at a time every couple of years), then
  there has to be a more universal fallback for the final product.

  E.g., using Google Docs to work on a document is fine, but to have it
  considered you should email the document out.
