Ok. Has the car got 1 or 2 horns ? (makes a difference). Look for the red/yellow wire (might be yellow/red) connected to the horn and make sure the body of the horn is earthed.
Is the wiring for the electric windows original Ford ? If so it's a separate sub loom running between the doors and plugging into the main loom behind the dash. What reg was the donor ? Is it a CVH or Zetec engined XR2i ?
