I think thats going to be it, the H4 earths most things through the chassis as per the Fiesta but if the horns are mounted on the fibreglass they will need earthing.
Are your electric window switchs in the doors or the centre console ? Either way, check for 12 volts between the black/yellow and brown wires on the switches first.
