Looking at googled photos of Xtremes and your description of the IVA requirement below, the Xtreme would seem to be fine (to me). The bottom of the front cycle wings at the rear appears to be roughly in-line (horizontal) with the wheel centre (perhaps finish a bit above the wheel centreline , but not >15cm above).
