Speed sensor is another item to look for in the scrappy then. That's a very useful tip - I had visions of having to make something up myself. Going to have to start compiling a shopping list.
Having an engine loom which plugs into the main one does make a lot of sense. Not like the BL stuff I'm used to. But it would seem I also need to transplant the engine bay fuse box and a lot of other bits. Still, it's all one big working system so why not? Thanks Jim. TonyV.
