Ian I think most builds have this issue, which makes sense as the screens and scuttles are probably all the same shape. I know of a few where the screen (when held in with the rubber alone) would pop out of position around the centre due to the wind forces and there are a few hybrid fixes for this; the best looking probably being the aluminium U section. On mine I pop rivetted a small stainless right angle bracket into the scuttle under the rubber, it is just visible from the inside and has solved the problem. I will take a photo in the week and post it.
