I'm getting Joe to do some measurements on the existing geometry, then I'll make a decision. There are a number of 15" wheels with a 38mm offset and if necessary I'll get one of those. I need the larger wheel both to better match the Fiat's expected wheel size and to clear the uprated brakes.
At the moment, the wheels are ET52.5, with 195/55 tyres on and a 6mm spacer. With ET38, and 185/55, the inner edge of the tyre will be approximately 15mm further out from the engine frame and the radius about 5mm less - that gives a little more space and lock before things start touching. Or I can go down to a 175/60 for another 5mm clearance. Neil -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Quantum Owners Group" group.
