My H4 has a 1.6 EFi Zetec engine and returns around 36mpg depending on the weight of my right foot. Now a very local (to me) company have made a "special offer" of an LPG conversion at £895 +VAT...ie £1074 In broad terms, at 10k miles a year, the saving (about 50p a litre) should pay for the conversion in around 24 months. Question...has anyone done this conversion before? Could the tank sit under the boot in place of the spare wheel carrier? Anything I haven't thought of ? Dangers to worry about?
