The horn only gets power when you press the horn button so it won’t be the
cause of your problem.
The ignition live will only go as far as the horn switch which i assume you’ve
not changed.
Is the horn switch on the steering wheel ?

Subject: [Quantum Owners] Re: help with parts and contact

One other thought,

It has just come to me as I inspect the wiring diagram for the westfield which
I assume is very simular to the xtreme. The horn is on the same circuit as the
fuel pump, I shuold ahve thought of this earlier but I have changed the horn
recently, It has gone from a horn that was earthed through touching chasis to a
two pronged snail horn that now uses an earth wire (which was already there but
unused) and the same power wire. Could this be the route of the problem?

I will remove it and try the car again but any additional suggestions are still
welcomed incase this does not work

Thanks

  Hi guys,

I am after some help with parts. My Xtreme failed MOT yesterday due to
perished anti Roll bar drop links on the rear. I have no idea what vehicle
these are from. Would anyone be able to help.

I have also just found an issue during acceleration. When accelerating
heavily the ignition fuse blows (cutting fuel pump) I cant find any obvious
rason for this.

Also, getting in contact with anyone from Quantum appears to be impossible.
Does anyone have a contact number for them that works?

  Thanks for any support

  Ricky
