Hi, My understanding that the two wires are coming into the steering wheel created the earth that powered the relay that then sent power to the horn, My thought process is that the new earth that I have now plugged into the horn is somehow causing the power that was coming through that relay to earth therefore shorting the circuit and blowing a fuse? But to answer your question, yes the horn is on the steering wheel and that has not been changed.
