If you start accelerating from low rpm, does the fuse blow immediately you floor the throttle or not until the revs have risen to the point where high power is developed? If the latter, possibly the fuel pump is faulty, drawing excessive current and more so when it has to deliver at high rate. If the former, is the pedal or cable rubbing a wire or the loom when fully depressed?
It would be useful to replace the fuse with an ammeter to see whether the current rises progressively when you accelerate or whether at some point it increases suddenly. Is the coil pack fed from that fuse? If so, it could be the culprit. Try a 10A inline fuse in the wire to the fuel pump and a 15 amp fuse in the fuse box. If the 10A fuse blows you know the pump's the problem, if the 15A fuse blows it has to be something else - favourite would be the coil pack if it's fed via your fusebox.
