On the saloon it's near either end of the sill (it has a steel rectangular
section inside) and I think the 2+2 will be the same, but don't take my word
for it.... await confirmation from someone with more knowledge of 2+2.
Whatever you do, don't let anyone jack it under the panhard rod, or (if it
has one) towbar (both common mistakes). You can jack it on the rear axle
either side near to the shock absorber, but beware of brake pipes!
