Yeah, there's a kineme plugin (kineme core 0.4) that covers this functionality. It's still in beta, but kineme betas don't tend to be particularly buggy in general so it might be worth a go. You need to create an account and enable something like "show beta releases" on the account page before you can see it. I think this functionality is a huge plus too (I've probably lost a full day's work over the past year to publishing a big bunch of inputs up through a load of macros!) so well done Chris Wright for doing it!
