As others have posted, there is no QC on the iPhone... and since it is 
interpreted, likely, there will never be!  


Have a look at SiO2-- a free, open source, game engine for iPhone and iPod 
Touch using OpenGL:

It uses Blender 3D, a free, open source, 3D content create program that uses 
OpenGL.


This is a pretty powerful combination of tools to assist you to create scenes 
and objects with OpenGL and manipulate them within the the iPhone.
