The reason why I declared such a statement is that QC is (was) incorporated
as a part of the Xcode developers installation since the switch from
pixelshox studio. Templates, macros, plugins for QC would simply be add ons
to a developer utility. If we were to classify this as a separate piece of
software, outside of the development packages, the core usage of the
program loses it original focus as a visual programming environment with
direct access to graphics cards. What is appears to be occurring here is a
shift from the development of desktop applications that utilize graphics
accelerated programming and a move towards mobile development which doesn't
support QC.

By deprecating this particular software  which is tied directly into the
development of OS X interface and applications in OS X, it will stifle the
creativity and visualization of information on the Mac platform.
