I do not even represent anything related to Qubes beyond myself (an user), so I will not take the rant as directed to me. In fact, the first mail by Drew *is* a nice report. If I were in the Qubes project, I'd thank him for the feedback. What I'm complaining about is the reply Drew wrote to jkitt, that complains that his/her suggestions were not taken into account in the Qubes issue tracker.
