Tried this sunday, it works as described set alarm unplug let it fall back to "off" Radiop powers upp alarm goes off as it should.
Id did not take my time to test WOL in this situation, I,m not at home right now. Actually I'm starting to believe that this behaviur is OK. IF you deliberately power it down the whole way to "real off" it should not sound alarm plugged or unplugged.
