I can tell you what happens from real world experience. We had a power outage during the night from a really wet snowstorm. It knocked out power to the radio. I didn't know of course because I was asleep. But when the power came back on still the middle of the night, I was awakened by another electronic gadget going dodlee do di do, and saw the logo before I fell back to sleep.
The alarm went off as scheduled.
