I don't want to defend Logitech for promising/advertising that it all works reliable without your own server. But just lets be pragmatic (from a user point of view) - what are your options when you can't give back the device ? 1) demand from logitech to fix it and wait until you're blue in your mind 2) sell it on ebay 3) make it working because most of the problems are not in the firmware but because of this damn unreliable mysb.com server. The forum can't help you with 1) or 2). But it can help you with 3) Yes this is not how its supposed to be when you buy a product.
