With the risk of sounding totally dim witted... Have you tried a factory reset of the thing (just note the email used for your mysb.com account ) .
My experience with the controller (almost same software) beta testing dozens of version, have taught me that sometimes even the *working* version of the fw will not behave well until a factory reset is done.
